I'm all about great customer experience. I want to experience great things and tell my friends and family all about it. Therefore, I want my clients to provide a great customer experience, retain more customers and turn them into advocates. I believe that digital engagement is a huge factor in this.
I fight for bricks and mortar businesses by helping them know who their customers are, find out how happy they are and if they'd recommend them to friends. Everything else is a bonus, but in a time when people are shopping more and more online, I want offline businesses to get more people coming back through their door and to attract new ones from positive word of mouth.
I'm particularly focused on the hospitality and aviation sectors, probably because I love traveling and wish I was a pilot. I speak English and conversational Polish although still a lot to learn.
